We usually ship within 2 business days upon receipt of payment. Our shipper is the US Postal Service, and we only ship within the United States. We offer two shipping options so you can decide how quickly you would like to receive your order. If you select Media Mail, your order should arrive within 2-3 weeks in the continental U.S. (Media Mail to Alaska and Hawaii takes 3-5 weeks). If you select Priority Mail, your order should arrive within 1 week. Orders placed during peak holiday times may take longer. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control delay printing and shipping. When this occurs, we will notify you via email.Shipping Charges

Personalized products cannot be returned for a refund because each item is created for an individual and cannot be resold. However, satisfaction is our goal. Claims must be reported to Impact Strategies within seven days of receipt of order.If Impact Strategies makes a mistake
We will correct the problem and replace the personalized item at no charge. You will be asked to return the orginal personalized item (in like-new condition) in our postage-paid envelope.
If you supplied the wrong information
We will correct the problem and fix the item for half price, plus shipping and handling (and sales tax, if applicable). You will need to return the original personalized item before the reprint occurs. You are responsible for return postage.
